Housesitters for Country house in Martina Franca

About this assignment

We are looking for someone to stay in our country house for a a couple months while we are away. We have a cat that sleep inside and this is the main responsibility. While we are away you will be expected to look after him and generally look after the entire property. Looking for someone that loves the countryside and is not too precious about things. We are located 4km outside Martina Franca so having a car is a neccessity. There is a pellet stove for heating as well as an open fireplace and AC, housesitters will be responsible for buying there own pellets from the local shop. The house has fibre broadband so would suit people that work remotely. Please note OWN CAR is essential, it is not viable to get around with e bikes or walking. We are looking for independant people who are able to solve issues that arise and keep us informed from time to time.

In 8,000 square metres of land with a beautiful olive grove and fruit trees.

Close to Martina Franca Town, 4km.
In the Itrian Valley.
Nice outside space and swimming pool.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must be able to drive.
Should be comfortable living in the countryside.
Should be relaxed and not party animals.
Looking for a 1 month placement.
Myst be relatively fit and able.
