About this assignment

I am looking for a person who can stay at my apartment while I am away, so that my cats are fed and the house is not empty.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed my cats every day (I have 2 cats) and let them go out if they wish, then have them inside for the night. The second responsibility is to keep the house in the same state as it was found.

What are the good features of the property and location

My 40sqm apartment is completely renovated, with a/c, wi-fi, a 20sqm terrace, a 40sqm garden, a beautiful sea/hills view and a very quiet location up on the hill. It's a 6-apartment building with very few people leaving here, so it's really quiet. The neighborhood is called Savagna. Very nice hiking trails on the hill behind the house.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Unless you really like to walk it's better to have a car or scooter because I live 3 kms away from the city. I can also consider leaving you my car if you have a driving license valid for Italy.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
