What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Animal care for two dogs (Weimaraner and Collie) and 2 cats (feeding, cat litter maintenance, playing ball, providing laps for naps).
Basic housekeeping (maintaining house as you found it)
Watering house plants
Communicating regularly with us.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great mountain views, 20 minutes to four ski resorts as well as hiking and biking trails, light rail close by that serves all entertainment and arts venues and airport, 5 minutes to shopping, restaurants, parks, green space.

Three-level home with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, home office (including wifi, printer, large desk space), fully stocked open kitchen/family room, 2 fenced yard areas plus 3 decks and 2 patios, attached garage, laundry room.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We live in a suburban area near Salt Lake City. We have very affectionate, "people-oriented" pets and friendly neighbors. Potential use of owner's vehicle as part of house sitting.
We prefer that the sitter not bring their own animals as ours are plenty for the space.

Our dogs are very affectionate and used to being with people most of the time. We have a fenced yard and doggie door to garage if you need to be away for part of day or evening. Yes, they get on furniture, but sleep on the floor on their pillows at night.

Cats are 100% indoors and also very affectionate. The older cat has kidney disease, so kitty litter needs to be sifted no less than once a day.

Can I bring my own pets?
