Urgent dog sit in village with all amenities

About this assignment

Someone who can take care of my home and my sweat-heart the dog, Teodor, while my work deploys me abroad. I need someone who can walk the dog two-three times a day (approximately 3o min/walk), as he doesn't pee etc. in the court-yard of the house.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walk the dog( feed him/and pet him when he wants), water plants if needed. Check the post/ Alert to any post/letters. Take care of the house as it was your own. You will have to stay here very night and allow him to follow you around/stay in the bedroom.

What are the good features of the property and location

137 m2, two floors, center of beautiful village with restaurants, bakeries, boucher, etc. And lovely walks along the river. Close to Salies-de-Bearn (10 km), the Pyrenees, Biarritz etc. There are two bedrooms, but a max of 3 people, preferable just two

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

That one would need a car to get around - and it would be nice if you could arrive on Oct. 7th as i will be leaving early the 8th.
And I have myself been a house sitter several times, and hope to make your experience as the ones I have had

Restrictions: But only a small dog
