About this assignment

Hello, we are searching for a couple to live in our home while we travel. There is no compensation. Upstairs there is one bedroom with a king sized bed, den/office and two bathrooms, large living/dining room, 2 car attached garage for your vehicle. There are no yardwork requirements.

We have one dog, Chula a six year old small mutt, who will stay with the property and doesn't need walking though she enjoys it and playing ball.

We provide high speed internet, water, gas and electricity and you provide loving care of our home and dog.

Hamilton, population 4,600, elevation 3570', is the town just down the hill from the house; there is shopping of all kinds, some good restaurants, hospitals and all the other services one might expect. We will leave our vehicle for non locals.

Requirements: non-smokers of anything and no pets of your own.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care of the house and the dog. We have a gardener who will mow weekly and we only ask that you make sure the automatic watering system is working properly.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is in a residential neighborhood with all 1+ acre properties. It is just outside of Hamilton and 48 miles south of Missoula. If you are a hiker, there are lots of opportunities. The views from the house are unparalleled.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Your responsibilities are to take care of the dog and house.

2. Are non smoking and not heavy drinkers nor drug users
3. Do not travel with pets of your own
