Small Cotswold village, bungalow with resident animals

About this assignment

Hoping to find an independent person or couple who would be happy to stay in a warm and comfortable home and look after my animals and plants while we are away for two weeks in the winter.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The feeding and exercise of two friendly terriers, one old one young
The feeding of one lovely cat
The feeding (and egg collection) of six bantam chickens in orchard
The feeding of six tropical fish
The observation of a greenhouse full of tropical plants

What are the good features of the property and location

Our bungalow is in the centre of a quiet village on the outskirts of the Cotswold Water Park - a hundred or more “lakes” caused by the extraction of gravel. The house is warm and comfortable with central heating and a log burner, and is level throughout and therefore suitable for a disabled person. The walled garden is no-
maintenance in the winter. We have lovely neighbours.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I hope to find a 100% reliable person or couple so we can enjoy the two week holiday we so much need and deserve.
You will need to be a car driver because buses pass only twice a day.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
