What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Water garden if and when necessary which means using a hose and electric pump (simple). Feed at least 2 cats twice a day, keep an eye on them. Be a presence on the property. Perhaps use a basic petrol lawnmower if necessary.

What are the good features of the property and location

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Driving a car is necessary, you will need your own car as last sitter almost destroyed mine!
The village is fairly remote. Supermarket and market at 7 km.
Speak some French as not many people here speak English.
Need to be independent and not expect luxury! My place is nice but not flash. Please be patient if I do not immediately respond as not Always connected. Thankyou
