About this assignment
Responsible,mature sitter with experience managing large breed, young dogs. Must communicate..pics, etc. Able to handle bad weather, sick dog, etc....Quiet hood. No parties etc...
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Only doggle care and watering some plants. Easy peasy. Dog loves to travel, play at dog park, Grooming, very Important! Needs brushing a lot!! At least every other day. Transportation is needed. May be able to provide car..?
What are the good features of the property and location
All amenities. Large yard. One block from Cameron Park. Hiking, river sports,etc...Good restaurants, breweries, farmer's Market, Moderate weather, not far from Austin And Dallas. Thanks

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
It's a car culture. Not walkable really. Could be Hot...or chilly and rainy...no one knows... People are nice. Great Mexican food. Pretty nice overall. Thanks.
Can I bring my own pets?

Restrictions: Yes. If they're ok with large active dogs.

Zula and bumble were a joy to care for. The home had everything we needed, was organized, and very comfortable. Clear and simple set of instructions were left in written forms for both dogs. Feeding portions, times and everything important related to them. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and nearby a beautiful park within walking distance where we enjoyed numerous walks with Zula. Both dogs enjoyed spending most time outside on the fenced huge and beautiful backyard. Ricardo and I enjoyed the backyard and being surrounded by beautiful birds. Laura was accessible and quick to respond with questions we had in reference to Zula’s dietary needs. Both dogs are very easy to care for, they are well behave and respond well to redirection. We felt welcomed and comfortable Waco was a joy to visit with plenty of things to do. We strongly recommend this sit and would love to come back again.
