She's a very low maintenance indoor/outdoor cat. And very shy.
We're looking for a responsible individual or a couple with experience in looking after a cat, a house, the plants and a small garden. Someone who would treat our home well while we're away.
We have a small, very low maintenance cat who would need to be fed twice a day. She's a bit shy but once she gets to know you she'll come for the occasional cuddle. The litter trays will obviously need to be cleaned and changed regularly.
Depending on the weather the plants and the garden would need to be watered.
It's a very quiet large house, with plenty of space. It has a good conservatory (our favourite room) and a small garden that gets the sun in the afternoon.
It's in the outskirt of lively Stratford Upon Avon, Shakespeare's hometown. There's always plenty going on, market days, theatre, pubs, cafe' and restaurants. The centre of town is a 30 minutes walk away; there's also a bus into town and taxis are very cheap.
There's a lovely long walk along the canal and plenty of nature to enjoy.
The house is on three levels, and the bedrooms are on the first floor (or if you're from the US that would be the second floor) so it wouldn't be suitable for someone with scarce mobility.
It's on the outskirts of town so that would need to be considered. We can leave a scooter, but as I wrote above, there's a bus into town, and taxis are cheap.
No, sorry.

Comfort and culture
Federica and her family were very welcoming and gave good instructions. the house itself is modern and well equipped. if you're an adventurous cook there are plenty of cookbooks to dip into! Stratford is of course full of culture (and tourists) but there are plenty of other places nearby to visit if you have transport. I visited Hidcote Gardens and the Rollright Stones. They do their lovely cat a diservice, though not a fusspot she's really a quietly affectionate cat after a few days, its a good place to stay
