About this assignment

I'm looking for someone to care for my 3-year-old cavapoo, Luan while I'm away. She is friendly and easy to take care of. She can be left alone for up to 6 hours if you want to explore the many attractions around the property, including Watkins Glenn National Park, wineries, and national forests.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Luna requires basic care such as feeling twice a day, short walks a few times during the day. She likes attention so a play session once a day would be nice.

What are the good features of the property and location

The property is clean, modern, and comfortable. It is a 3 bd/3 ba with a small patio off to a dining area. Basic amenities are included. There is a laundry room upstairs with a washer and dryer. It has a central air and gas fireplace. It is located near Keuka Lake and the public beach is across the street. The village of Penn Yan is a short walk away. It features restaurants, cafes, gift shops, banks, and post offices, to name a few.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This location is not accessible by public transportation, so you will need a car to get around. Penn Yan is a small village, but you have everything you need in town: grocery stores (Aldi and Tops), many local farm stands, and basic fast-food restaurants. If you like dining out, there are plenty of amazing restaurants. I'm happy to make recommendations.
