About this assignment
Someone to take good care of my lovely house and dog. It's a 4 bed house so could suit a family, or a couple.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Not much - walk the dog once (or twice) a day - beach is nearby. Take care of the house, water a few plants. That's it
What are the good features of the property and location
The location is fab - 30/40 min walk into the city centre. 2 min walk into Sandymount village and 5 min walk from beach and park. Plenty of public transport available
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Nothing really. Summer (the dog) is really easy. And the location is great.
Can I bring my own pets?
No, sorry.

A Fabulous weekend in Una and Bills beautiful home.
We arrived by train and Dart and the shortest of walks brought us to Summers residence. Una and Bill made us welcome from the start and quickly showed us the ropes. Summer is quite the cool dog, she knows what she wants and makes her own decisions, the welcome she gave each time we returned from our outings was a real boost. She was the easiest dog we ever minded, a real pleasure. What can we say about the house, it was top class, so spacious and bright. We hope Una and Bill will require our services again in the future. Somehow we again managed sunny dry weather. The Dart was great for trips out getting into Dublin in minutes and access out to Bray for a promenade.

Lovely Urban Village
Una, Bill and their home were all delightful and a great place from which to explore Dublin near the sea. I spent just over 2 weeks there in Sandymount and would highly recommend to any housesitter. The modern house is very light filled, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet with a nice park to walk the dog and I met so many lovely people out walking. The homeowners were kind and generous and went out of their way to transport myself and my bike to and from the train station. Summer, the dog, is easy to care for, very sweet, she will steal your heart in a short time. I was able to bike out from the house every day and explore all different areas of Dublin and got on the train to explore further along the coast. Everything is situated well for that kind of experience. I think anyone would have an enjoyable experience here without a doubt !
