About this assignment
I am looking for someone to look after my cat Fig for a couple of weeks. My ideal sitter likes cats and is reliable and tidy.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Fig has wet food in the morning and evening, he needs his dry bowl & water topped up whenever it's empty. Some cuddles in the morning and evening :)
What are the good features of the property and location
My Victorian house is situated in Roath, Cardiff. We have a lovely park and lake within a 15 minute walk. It's a 25 minute walk into the city centre, where you find lots of lovely shops, restaurants, parks & Cardiff castle. There are also good transport links via bus to the city centre and bay area. If you bring a car you have a lovely coast line to explore and Brecon Beacon nation park about an hour away. Roath has some of the best restaurants in Cardiff too. A perfect spot if you are a foody.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single. If you are bringing a car please let me know and I will apply for a permit for parking. Fig is a very cuddly cat but he may take a few days to get to know you.

She left not only detailed instructions (and even left post-it notes over the house showing where the major outlets were) but also left a list of highly recommended cafes and restaurants! (And I did try almost all of them). The cat Fig, is very cute. He's shy at first but will warm up to you. Cardiff is a very charming city, steeped with history and a very thriving downtown core and waterfronts. Try also Penarth! Highly recommended!
