About this assignment
Mature and responsible single or couple who will take care of our home and our cat. No smoking in the house, but we have a patio and terrace.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Miney the Cat needs to be fed twice a day. She has an inside litter that is infrequently used (she prefers outside) but needs to be checked and cleaned. We also have a tenant in an adjoining casita who requires no attention, but in case of emergencies, one will become the property manager.
What are the good features of the property and location
We are located three blocks from Plaza Grande in Centro Patzcuaro. We also have plenty of stairs, and all bedrooms are on upper floors. Off street parking available for those with vehicles. Spectacular views from our big terrace.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We are located on a rocky rough callejon which may be difficult for folks with mobility problems. The house is multi-level with kitchen and dining room on lowest level, living room up a level, guest beds and bath rooms up another level, master bed and bath another level, and the panoramic terrace on top.

We had a great time caring for the adorable cat Miney in Pátzcuaro, México. Our hosts Bekky and Miles are very kind and hospitable people, and we keept a good and clear communication from the beginning, they was so generous inviting us to have a lunch and even allowing us to stay for a couple days more to celebrate the Mexican Festivo de Los Muertos, an unforgettable experience! We easily keept the Miney cat routine, feeding, cleaning and giving her a lot of love and cuddles. She was amazing, very fun and always ready for exploring around freely during the day and some cuddles and naps at evening time, we loved her company! Their house is so well located close to the central square, very comfortable and full equipped. We're very grateful and absolutely recommend this house and pet sitting with Bekky and Miles, and we’ll be very happy to meet them and care of Miney again in future.
