I am looking for a responsible person to live in my 4 bedroom house and take care of my 4 horses & 1 dog.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I live on a 60 acre farm with barn, & 6 horses and one dog.I want my animals fed, watered and well cared for.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live outside of Royston,.NE of Athens GA. My farm is.on a dirt road with great neighbors who also have horses. My across the road neighbor is a vet tech at my animal hospital and is extremely helpful. Excellent high speed internet.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am a retired teacher who lives alone and goes on vacation at least 3 weeks every year, usually in August and early September starting in 2025

Can I bring my own pets?
