4 night stays in Portugal countryside with 2 pups, :50 to lisbon

About this assignment

We have 2 rescue pups from New Mexico, aged 5 and 6. They are used to having their humans around most of the time, and get a morning and evening walk in the nearby countryside.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed dogs once a day and provide 1-2 walks a short drive from our home. Be at home as companions for them. Control access to fenced yard-- they have a dog door that is only open when we are here. Nights it is closed.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a cozy and orderly house on a ridge surrounded by vineyards and other agricultural land. Views to the west for sunsets. Mini-split heaters/ac. 3 bedroom/2bath home.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We want to take some short city trips in Europe. Leave Monday, return Friday. Our dogs do have psychological challenges: Maisy is very shy of humans (but she does warm up), Niko is dog reactive. Walks are always leashed and we go places we will not meet other dogs.
