Very Rustic small house

About this assignment

From March 2025 to June 2025.
We would like to travel abroad next winter so we need someone to take care of our house but specially our cat. She/He is very shy and need someone very patient and cat loving. The Ideal person should like to live in a very rustic place without the usual amenities of the city. Is very well situated for someone that loves the outdoor activities such as mountain biking, climbing, race biking, hiking, etc. The supermarkets are 4 km away.

La casa no tiene agua corriente, sólo de riego. Agua para consumir hay que buscar en la fuente del pueblo, para lo cual es necesario tener medio de transporte. La casa es muy pequeña, 40 mts cuadrados. El terreno tiene naranjos, clementinas, olivos, perales, etc. Una vez al mes, aproximadamente, nos proveen de agua por medio de acequias y canales y todo el terreno debe ser inundado.  
Lo más importante es nuestr@ gat@, es fundamental que seas alguien que hará lo imposible por ganarse la confianza de Mimi! 
Sería ideal para alguien que esté acostumbrado a vivir en caravanas o furgones, que ideológicamente esté en la corriente de la vida anticonsumo y ecológica. Sobre todo que esté habituado a prescindir del confort de una casa en la ciudad.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Take care of th cat. Water the yard and take care of a tiny orchard. Bring loads of books because you'll have the perfect settings for reading.

What are the good features of the property and location

Is a little paradise. At least is that we are told to everyone that comes to visit. Beautiful views of the mountain and a bit of the Mediterranean sea. Orange grove, lemon trees.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Would definitely love to live in a eco environment without comfort. Love cats and be patient with them. Be in good health and strong enough to carry water jerrycans. A car is needed.

Can I bring my own pets?
