Someone who has previous experience with cats, who is respectful to the neighbours, can keep the place tidy and sends cat pictures on a daily basis.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Sitter's responsibilities would be: Cuddling the cats, making sure they have food and water, cleaning their toilet, playing with them, and keeping the apartment safe, clean and tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

Great location: U-bahn and S-bahn station, as well as all major grocery shops (Lidl, Edeka, Rewe) are reachable in about 5-7 walking minutes.
It would take you 5 minutes by train to Hauptbahnhof (main train station) and 20 minutes by train to the airport.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The apartment is available between 20 December and 6 January, which is an ideal last minute opportunity to experience the local Christmas markets. Please only apply if you are available for the keys handover on the 20 December or latest 21 December in the morning, and can stay until at least the 1 January.
