Person/s who love dogs/animals, who are non-smoking, responsible, kind, care about maintaining the house well. Need to be in good shape to walk two 50 lb. dogs either singly or with a partner together.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walking/feeding/playing with the dogs. Two times a day walks would be great. Option to have them sleep near you. Water garden. Keep house neat and clean. We usually have our cleaner in the day before, so house should be spotless for you.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are on a beautiful river island, 20 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC., in a new development that has old growth trees, walking trails and ponds, community pool. We are in a safe neighborhood with lovely neighbors. We are also 20 minutes from beaches and county parks. We have fenced back yard for the dogs. Car is available for your use.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a non-paid position. We need you to be responsible and neat, able to walk two 50 lb. dogs singly, maybe together if there is a couple. One of the dogs can be reactive, so understanding what that entails is important.
