About this assignment
Someone to look after the house in Stevenage and our dog Blue. Commutable distance to London. Fast internet to WFH. Quiet area but with good amenities nearby.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Kick the ball for Blue in the back yard(no walking required). Keep the house clean. Water indoor plants and mow lawn if t gets too long.
What are the good features of the property and location
Nice large house, big bedroom and bed. Multiple options of rooms for WFH. 2 Mins walk to local shops and pub. Options of local bus to go into town centre or walk. Then express trains into London(40mins). We have separate washer and dryer for use. Also available is two Bicycles(one with basket for shopping).
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Our dog Blue may not be particularly friendly to new people, but he also won't give you any trouble. He requires a game of fetch or 2 a day for exercise only. He can be left at home for 8-9hours(workday) at a time but no more.

Hangin' with Blue in Stevenage
My time at Peter & Bianca's place in Stevenage was very comfortable and their dog Blue was so gentle & cuddly. After 2 days of getting to know each other, we were best buds, and he followed me everywhere, wanting to cuddle on the sofa and enjoying every moment of outside ball fetching time. Peter & Bianca left very detailed instructions about everything which I always appreciate. They warmly welcomed me into their home one day before they left and were very kind and generous to me. The weather wasn't great over those 3 weeks sadly, but I embraced any moment of sunshine on their back patio, playing outside with Blue (he loved the sunlight too!) Their home is cozy and comfortable and I am truly grateful for this opportunity 💖
