About this assignment

We are looking for someone trust worthy, clean and organized that enjoys spending time with animals. We are looking for a consistent and open communication that we felt we can trust and would keep us updated.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We have 2 cats and one dog. We will expect for the person to walk with the dog at least 30 min twice a day (morning/evening). For the cats, the main thing would be cleaning the litter every 2-3 days and possibly feeding them wet food in the mornings and nights (I can also set an automatic feeder if needed). We will be gone for 3 weeks, and therefore we would like to have someone to take care and make company to our babies while we are out.
In addition to the animals, I have several plants that would need some attention.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is small but cozy. It has everything, and I actually love to live there. The neighborhood is quite lovely. It is in the gay area of Dallas and there is a lot of bars, shops and restaurants around. You can really walk around and October would be a great weather time to enjoy the environment.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is not a luxurious apartment. It is comfortable and has everything that is needed, but if you are looking for fancy, this is not your place.
