About this assignment

I am looking for someone friendly, respectful, laidback, and responsible that will take care of my house like it’s their own. also I would like someone who will take on the responsibilities of the house and is committed to finding solutions and/or tieing up loose ends to the best of there ability if issues occur!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To feed my cat Moon wet food with his medicine crushed in it- twice a day - to provide love and play for moon as well!

What are the good features of the property and location

The house has great natural lighting and is on a friendly family oriented cobbestone street in Baltimore, very close to the JHU campus. There are plenty of restaurants/shops within walking distance and the neighborhood is tree lined and wonderful to go walking in. There is also a community garden close by!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There is parallel parking on the street in front of the house, but occasionally you will have to park on a cross street. Also this is a neighborhoody area so please be friendly and respectful to the neighbors! there is currently not a washer/dryer - but hopefully will be by November 2024.
