What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and walk the dogs, be home with them most of the time: I work from home, so that is what they are used to. Keep the house realtively clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

Olalala, this is the best place ever :) 20 min from Budapest, but its like a cottage in the forrest. There is a fireplace. Has the best terrace, nice neighbours and nice neighbourhood. Online grocery shopping. Its the suburb little holiday area of one of the fanciest small towns in Hungary. Amazing forrests, meadow, lake 5 min.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Uhm, a car is a necessity here, but my car can be used, its a Toyota Yaris hibrid. This is a smaller house, 3 dogs are a lot and make a lot of mess (but there is an upstairs with outside stairs so upstairs is dog free.) Shouldn't be the worring type :) The dogs are not very disciplined, and the smallest one is a bit afraid of people and can bark at times. Sometimes the dogs have conflicts, the Bernise is only one year old, new baby. The dogs walk without lease, at the meadow which is very close to us.

Can I bring my own pets?
