About this assignment

I am looking for a loving and responsible house sitter who can take care of three tiny pups, each with a lot of energy and personality.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

1. Take care of 3 pets, one of them needs medication twice a day daily. They are little (4 lbs, 6 lbs, and 7 lbs), so they need supervision when they go outside and they like to go outside a lot! One of them is still quite young and needs a lot of stimulation.
2. Water plants.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house is in prime location, close to many amenities. We are located walking distance from the charm of Main Street (old time feel); Grapevine lake (for water sports, hiking and nature watching), Grapevine Botanical Gardens, Nash Farm (an old farm preserved from its original ownership). We are 5 minutes away from DFW International Airport, Sea Life Seaquarium, Meou Wolfe Arts Museum, LegoLand, and Grapevine Mills Outlet Mall. The city of Grapevine always hosts the most fun festivals and it is the Christmas Capitol of TX. We also have a great Recreational Center with an awesome gym, pool and sports courts and only 4 minutes away. Walking distance, we have a train that goes from the airport to Fort Worth and a vintage train that goes to the Fort Worth Stockyards for some western fun. Great dining in Grapevine and nearby cities. We are 20 minutes away from either Dallas or Forth Worth, which offer arts, music, culture, dining and lots to do and see.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Tiny dogs require a little extra care. Be mindful that they are fast and can bypass you when you open the door even when you are not aware.
