I am looking for a pet sitter that is a non smoker, friendly, organized and tidy person that loves pets. Someone I can depend on while I am away. This is a peaceful and quiet area to relax and soak up nature.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have two wonderful dogs Cody and Brandi. They will need to be fed twice a day. They will need to go hiking every other day. The trail is behind the house. The dogs will show you the way. I have three amazing cats....Kamille, Peaches, and Jesse. Very loving cats that like to play and be fed twice a day. My cats will lay next to you or sit on your lap once they get to know you. Also scoop litter box once a day and it will need to be changed once a week. All cats stay inside at all times. None of my pets are on medications and are younger easy to work with.

What are the good features of the property and location

Yes lots of hiking in the backyard and all over the area. I am near Taos and Sante Fe. Best of both worlds! There is a lot of skiing in the winter and white water rafting in the summer. Mountain biking everywhere. This is a quiet and relaxing area with lots of nature to entertain you. One of my pet sitters said it was like a relaxing retreat.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am looking for someone responsible, tidy and organized so I don't worry on vacation. Also non smokers please! Medication free for all my pets. Easy pet sitting
