What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I just need a person to be physically present while I'm out of town as theft prevention. I will be gone for several multi-day stretches to take care of my sick mother. Last time I got robbed. This time somebody will be here and I wont. It's that simple.

What are the good features of the property and location

Serious security doors, access to my garage workshop, fiber internet, awesome coffee. The place has hardwood floors, laundry, all the things a person needs except.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The immediate area is somewhat of a food desert and does have a high crime rate. I do have valuables in the house, but most of those are data and paper.
