Housesitters needed over Christmas for Los Angeles hillside home and three lovely pets

About this assignment

Our hope is to find a responsible and kind couple who would enjoy being in our home, and give our animals as much love as they are used to getting from us.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

the responsibilities are pretty basic- mostly just taking care of the animals and keeping the home clean. All the animals are fed twice a day, and the dogs need to be walked twice a day. The cat litters should be cleaned out every couple of days.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is bright and spacious, with views of the park and mountains beyond. Sitters usually stay in the guest room, which is on the same level with living and kitchen areas. It is close to Highland Park and South Pasadena, but the best attraction is Deb's Park- just outside the door!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There are stairs up to the bedroom and living areas, so whoever house-sits needs to be comfortable with that. The dogs can be left alone for several hours a day, as long as they have ample exercise before hand, so we're looking for someone fit who enjoys walking. We are a shoe-free house.
