2 fury pups and a naked cat!

About this assignment

I'm looking for somebody chill that wants to explore all that Santa Fe has to offer while giving big love to my crew. Wally and Judy are my two rescue pups both very loving! Wally is the most pure soul and Judy is a little troublemaker that will steal your heart. Stella kitty is cool calm and collected and just wants to stay warm.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I have an automatic cat feeder and litter box so I would need that to be attended minimally as well as feeding my pups once a day and taking them for a walk once a day. I have a complete fenced in backyard so they're free to come in and out, also a walking trail 2 minutes from my house that goes along the Santa Fe River.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live one mile from the plaza and a very short drive to get to Hyde Park road up to the ski basin. Have a very walkable neighborhood and the Riverwalk is 2 minutes away. You're surrounded by shopping, grocery stores coffee shops and restaurants. My house is a one bedroom casita with a washer dryer. I have a smart TV with internet but no cable.
Do people even get cable anymore lol
Something to be aware of is If you want a car, you'll have to either rent or Uber. I have a driveway that's off street parking if you decide to rent or bring your own vehicle.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I am a very relaxed chill person I only have 3 expectations, 1 that my animals are well-loved and cared for, 2, my house is only open to the house sitter so no other guest unless previously arranged. 3, that my plants are still looking somewhat revive-able?
