About this assignment

Hoping to find a quiet, responsible person who is retired or works from home. Our two small dogs love to be with people and are used to having someone around most of the day.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Just taking care of the house, which is only 7 years old and needs little to no upkeep, as well as loving our two little dogs in our absence. All yardwork is done by a service.

What are the good features of the property and location

We are on a quiet street right on a beautiful golf course! We have 3 BR, 2 1/2 baths, kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, and a finished walk-out basement with patio. Millersville is a small college town just ten minutes from downtown Lancaster.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our dogs can't be left alone for long stretches of time, and they do not do well in the car, so you'd need to stick fairly close to home.

Can I bring my own pets?
