I'm looking for a responsible and trustworthy house sitter who will take good care of my home and pets while I'm away. Open communication is a must!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The animals are the main responsibility! Feeding, letting the dogs out in the yard, cleaning the litter box every couple of days, and checking on the chickens. We have a small betta fish tank. Nebulous the fish and his shrimp friends are fed once a day.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is right downtown, near the ball parks and harbor. The entire area is very walkable, safe, and lots of parks and green spaces. Your room has a queen sized bed, fresh sheets, and linens! The living room has a smart tv with all of the streaming services. The kitchen is fully stocked with any equipment you made need to cook. Off street parking available. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance as well as a plethora of restaurants and bars!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must like animals! And also not have allergies. Other than that, everything is fairly straight forward. There is public transit but is limited to the bus.
