San Fransisco bay area home looking for a sitter for our active German Shepherd

About this assignment

We are seeking a responsible house sitter to care for our active German Shepherd while they enjoy the beautiful environs of the SF Bay Area.

As a working breed German Shepherd, Chelsea is typically reserved and observant. She needs to spend 20 minutes or so getting to know you. Once you are in the tribe she will consider you one of the family. She is a loving and loyal dog. We have a beach near by she loves to swim and chase balls. We are near open space and love to hike and mountain bike w her.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Be a good neighbor. Keep the flat tidy and secure. Take the trash & recycling out weekly as needed.
Give the dog at least two hours of active exercise a day. Feed her twice a day. Play with her and brush her regularly.

What are the good features of the property and location

Private, quiet. walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Easy parking, and close to all public transportation (bus, train, ferry, shuttle). dog door and fenced yard. Beautiful neighborhood, safe and very little traffic.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will need to meet Chelsea with us first, so you are part of the “family” to her. And We are hoping to meet the potential sitter to make sure they are a good fit with the dog. Best scenario is if the sitter is staying at another location in the SF Bay area and can meet her. we are happy to meet you at the ferry if you are staying in the city.
