keep the house as clean as you find it. Water a few indoor plants - and play with our dog at least a couple of times a day.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a lovely single-story home in a fantastic location close to downtown Nevada City, California. The town was recently named one of the 10 best towns in the US. (Please contact us for a link to read more about this.) We're a six-minute drive from the center of town. Our home is a non-smoking, no shoes easy to clean home. You'll have your own bedroom and bath. Large fenced-in back yard with BBQ and patio
