To feed a 10 yr old very friendly tabby cat.
water some plants for 10 minutes every second day , mow approx 800 sq Mts with ride on mower.

What are the good features of the property and location

The home is 15 minutes walk on a pathway in the park across the Esplanade
This is a scenic stroll to to take in lots of bird life and river side views .
The town is central to some of the best tourist destinations that Far North Queensland has to offer ,WE are 1hours drive from Cairns City also 1 hour to The Atherton Tablelands through the rainforest , one hour from Mission beach tourist area .There many more spots far too many to mention and they are yours to find and enjoy

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We have used this site before with great success we would prefer to have someone with a caravan or motor home as there is a large lawned area beside the home and access to a shed attached by a breeze way ,
This gives access to a kitchen barth and toilet.
We would be able to have a Couple use the house or a Single responsible Adult with previous recommendations.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
