What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed one older Shitzu and walk her once a day (small walk as I have a fenced yard). Feed cat and clean her litter box. Put her in Catio while out with dog. Talk to them.

One level Modular with Wi-fi. View of ocean, Covered deck and gazebo. Quiet neighbourhood, good neighbours. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, rural area 20 k. North of town. Local store and gas station.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No drugs, no smoking inside. Rural area with hiking nearby. Have outside "critter cameras" so you can see abundant wildlife (deer, eagles and black bears). Need transportation.
