2 weeks dog sitting in small house in beautiful village on Catalonian coast

About this assignment

I am looking for a dog lover, responsible and experienced in dog and house sitting for 2 weeks in June 2025. I am leaving for 3 to 17 th June but you would need to come 1 or 2 days before so that my dogs knows you and gets comfortable.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Give at least one good walk/day (30 to 60 min) + 2 other short ones for her necessities.
Water the plants and keep the house as clean as it is on arrival.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house is located in a truly beautiful village of the Catalonian coast, Altafulla, quite preserved compared to the Spanish seaside. Located at 10 km from medium size town Tarragona, and 90 km from Barcelona. Connection with public transport are very good and every hour aprox. All services available (supermarkets, bakeries, bars, pharmacies, etc), you do not need a car.
The house is located in the old part of the village, 10 min walking distance from the beach. It is quite small, downstairs 30 m2, with open kitchen, small terrace in front of the house, and small garden behind (24 m2). It is for 2 persons maximum.
Upstairs is the bedroom, plus another space with single bed, and the bathroom. Lots of light. Small forest and fields very nearby to walk my dog.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sky can stay alone maximum 7 hours (ideal no more than 5h). She is strong and can pull from the leash, not the easiest dog to walk although in summer she has less energy.
There is no air conditioned (there are fans), no dish washer, and no WIFI.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
