Cat In a Condo living near the beach

About this assignment

I would like a cat lover who is a responsible person that will respect my beautiful condo as if it were their own home and enjoy their time near the beach .

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I would expect my Cat sitter to really love cats . You will be expected to ~ feed, water, clean litter box , sleep at home every night and be okay with my cat sleeping with you (. At the foot of the bed) water a couple of plants and take trash out weekly for pick up.

What are the good features of the property and location

My 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is fully appointed . The condo is 2 miles from the incredible beaches of Laguna Beach and Dana Point in California. The complex has a community pool ,2 jacuzzi’s and a gym that you would be welcome to use. I have beach chairs , ice chests and umbrellas for the beach if needed.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My cat Kiki is used to being home alone during the day. I expect the sitter to be home every night by at least 7:00 P.M. for dinner. No problem if you go out after. Kiki is used to sleeping at the foot of the bed.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
