About this assignment
We are looking for a nonsmoker dog lover to stay in our home with our 4 cute hybrid rescue dogs, they are very friendly and well educated.
To give our dogs undivided care and attention.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
1) House: Keep it clean.
2) Walk our friendly dogs three times per day and of course clean if they have an accident in the patio. If they go out, this will not happen.
3) Feed our dogs.
4) Must be offered fresh water Not from the faucet, we buy drinking water in gallons.
5) All the dogs must be treated and handled safely, humanely, and compassionately.
6) Enjoy the company of our pets, of course.
7) No smohers.
What are the good features of the property and location
The house is in a nice ecological district in Lima: Santiago de Surco. It’s a residential area of working people and middle-class families. At night it is quiet, and you can get a good night’s sleep. Neighbors are friendly.
We are close from many beautiful places and other sorts of nature like parks and historical cultural sights to visit. Close to bus stops, markets, malls, pharmacies, coffee shops, pastry etc.
Stable and fast internet.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Because of family issues my husband and I must live between two countries (Peru and Usa). When we are out of Peru, we’d like to accommodate a couple or just one person for some months (it's flexible). You will be given a home and the chance to study, work online and live a quiet life environment.
Furnished bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living. Hot water, energy, TV cable, Wi-Fi
The house is on the first floor, has two bedrooms; you will have your own room to stay in.
Fully equipped with lots of natural light and comfortable.
Keep in mind homes in Peru do not have AC, we use fans.
While you stay here you will have internet Wi-Fi, tv cable, hot water 24hr-7 ds.
Our house is also close to other well-known touristic spots, bus stops, parks, schools, restaurants, delis, shopping malls and markets.
Can I bring my own pets?

Amazing Host!
I had the pleasure to help Maria with her homestay in Lima, Peru for about 2 months. She was really great at keeping in touch so I always knew what was needed, and the home was perfect and comfortable. She is very kind, and set me up with an amazing network of friends while I was there! Would definitely return!
