someone who works from home or on sabbatical who loves to read, be home... walk brush cats sit with dogs Pet and House focused , repeat and regular as and when or just November dates

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walk and feed two relaxed easy hounds 11 yrs old
feed and stroke cats
clean up after themselves etc
invite no one else
be around in situ til householder(s) return fine to be out 2-3 hrs per day say 12/1-3/4 pm
stepping into householder shoes in their absence and so good to meet 2-3 times prior to sit
own care good too

walks from door step
near great outdoor spaces
etc

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

To take in all the other boxes completed in what the sit involves and what responsibilities sitter would have and to call and speak with me before ruling in or out -
This is a relaxed sit for the experienced person great for anyone who enjoys being in their own space
Dog is fine though a few underlaying health issues so sit is home based no long walks
and to be fine to stay in most of the time

2hrs out 2x aday max
