A responsible, communicative, pleasant and quiet person, a cat lover, who will keep company to our two cats and respect our house. Must be non-smoker and have good references.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Make sure that there is fresh food and water for the cats. No litter box in the house they go out through the cat flap. Light small garden maintenance and keeping the house clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet area surrounded by fields. There are lot of good walking paths. There is a small shopping center with a good supermarket within 5 minutes walk. A big shopping center and a public transport hub are within approximately 25 minute walk.
The house is very modern and spacious with good WIFI and a big screen TV. There is a piano. Bicycle is available for use.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We live in a quiet neighborhood, so we request no loud music or parties from our sitter. There is a bus stop near the house but the service is infrequent - 3 buses per hour. The major bus services are approximately 25 minutes walk. We can provide a bicycle, but renting a car may be considered.
